Would definitely recommend two people to assemble. I did the headboard and footboard by myself. It was just easier to have help assembling the sides to the head/foot. All parts were there, packed well. Did find a handmade shank in the box. So be careful when unpacking.

I absolutely love the height of this bed frame! It's perfect for sweeping under the bed and provides ample space to store my off-season clothes. As someone who's on the shorter side, I also appreciate how easy it is to get in and out of bed.
