The pump came defective.

Pretty but I’m hoping they’ll send me a replacement part for the pump, to make the seat higher, you have to pump up instead of traditional down, because of that feature it hurts my foot to lift the seat. Also, it’s not possible to release back to lowest seating level, Other than that it’s perfect

The chair got delivered with paint on the front side of the back cushion and will not come off. It looks like it came off the bag it was shipped in. Assembly directions were not that clear. The chair itself is pretty hard and extremely heavy.
