I purchased these because you can't find them in the parks anymore. I suppose it's because one of the pins to attach to the wrist band has a character and reference to Splash Mountain. It's a real shame that they try and erase a part of the history of what has made the Disney Park so memorable and fun just to appease a small group of people. I say a small group of people because when you look at it as a whole, it really is a small group. If they wanted to incorporate more intellectual property, build another ride. Stop demolishing rides that have brought fun to families for generations. Just like now, they are building a Cars theme area. The River Boat was something people used to get away from the crowds and relax for a moment. Now they are making an area to cause more stress and stimulation to an already over stimulated group of people and will no doubt develop another way to extract more money with Lighting Lane passes. People already act entitled when they walk thru the front entrance and act a fool. This is just one more area for that to happen.
