dissappointing, not like picture

i was dossapointed maybe my own fault, but the plant grows slower than the 60 days i read. after 85 days in partial sun, the tallest one is about 15 inches tall and still only has dark leaves with none of the bright colors shown on photo. i have 3 in the ground 85 days, and no color yet.
