Horribly packed, not fit for use as is

The cloth itself might work fine for punch needle craft but it was literally wadded up into a ball and stuffed in a baggie to ship to me. In order to even use it, I'll now have to wash and iron it. Not a good way to treat customers and I would not buy from this business again. It would have taken 30 seconds to fold it nicely.
