I normally wear a 3x, bought a 4x because I wanted it oversized for over leggings and didn't want to deal with returns. Other than maybe the bicep area, I easily could have bought a 2x because the midsection is very roomy. It's definitely oversized. Only thing I noticed is that the sleeves are short. I'm not a tall person, but if I were the sleeves would be too short. Wasn't a problem for me, but just fyi. Other than that, it's super comfy and soft.
