This curling iron will work with all hair types! The slippery barrel really helps prevent creasing from the clamp bar! The 1st time I tried it I got a compliment on how healthy my hair looked! This curling iron works great. The Black Friday deal was even better. Leaves hair shiny and healthy. Read the instructions about gradually raising the heat temp and protecting your hair. I have hard to curl hair and did this and it didn't take the full heat. The curl stayed better than ever. Recommend.
