Your Tivic Heath ClearUP unit is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. If your device is not working properly, we can help you troubleshoot the problem and then we will replace it under certain conditions.

Before you decide to return the unit, sinus pain is different for everyone. Therefore, we encourage you to use the ClearUP device for two weeks at least for two times/day. This regimen will realize your optimal results. If you are not satisfied with the level of sinus pain relief you are experiencing, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date.
