Shake well. Squeeze the bottle to apply a few drops twice daily (morning and night) to any red, scaly, tender or rough areas of your scalp and hairline. For irritation at the hairline, gently rub off any loose scales or flakes with a warm, wet washcloth before each new application.

From the short time I have used Topical Scalp Solution I am pleased that this product help to stop the itching.
Topical Scalp Solution does seem to help stop the itching of my scalp. I have only used product for about one week and it does help some to control the Psoriasis. I also have Alopecia which is difficult to control. Topical Scalp Solution is easy to use and is not greasy.
