We have calculated what is, in our opinion, the perfect firmness to fluffiness ratio, so youÃ¢ÂÂll end up with an insert that is firm enough to be supportive, yet soft enough to provide a measure of comfort.
Ã¢ÂÂ¨ MACHINE WASHABLE Ã¢ÂÂ All of the materials used in this pillow insert are polyester, which is a synthetic fiber. This makes these inserts easy to wash in the machine (lukewarm water on the gentlest cycle). These pillow inserts are also dryer-safe. Use the lowest heat setting. You can put some tennis balls in the dryer to keep the pillows fluffy while drying. You can put the tennis balls inside a dryer bag or socks to lessen the impacts on the inserts during the drying.

Our polyester filled standard cover pillow inserts are manufactured at our in-house facility and filled by hand, and we take pride in our staffÃ¢ÂÂs ability to fill each pillow to its ideal weight. These insert are filled with 100% polyester fibers that are processed with our special machinery so that the fibers can reach their full loft potential, thus ensuring maximum stuffing fluffiness. Each and every pillow insert is inspected and weighed before shipping in an effort to minimize flaws and defects. Our factory foreman supervises all of the production, and he ensures that all of our quality control procedures are meticulously followed. We typically recommend that round inserts should be about 3-4Ã¢ÂÂ larger than your pillow cover. See our recommended sizing chart for more information.
