I have had bad knees for years, so I've tried/had many knee braces. MANY knee braces. From cheap "health?insurance" types to various OTC types. So, I know a little about them. This brace is, so far, very comfortable. No hard sewn edges where the fabric touches the skin. There is no bunching or pulling or edges on the inside of the knee as it's one solid piece. Fabric is quite comfortable. Seems to breath well. The super best point of the brace is that it opens and closes from the front. Believe me this makes a HUGE difference. It's so easy to put on and adjust and the straps being elastic makes a big difference in how you can adjust to your own personal preference. I'm wearing it right now. I sometimes have to wear a brace while I sleep, and this one should do well for comfort. I'm most likely going to purchase another just like it.
