Great design / lesser quality

The three stars is for the design solely. These are not marked .925 that I can locate and have sharper edging. The CZ is cloudy and not of any great quality. Although it is stated to be sold by Walmart, the packing didn't indicate this. The design though is lovely. I will find out soon enough if these are sterling silver (my ears are sensitive and become infected easily). I have not worn these and am considering return (again the design and size are great / the quality not so much).
