Great Overnights
My 91 year old mom has had total urinary incontinence for the past 2 years. These are the near perfect solution for overnight as they are so absorbent. No leaks unless she continues to drink water up until bedtime and then stays in bed over 12 hours. They, like everything, have a limit. We try to get mom to stop drinking water 2-3 hours before bed, and encourage her to limit her sleep to 10-12 hours. But hey, she's is 91 and does what she wants now.

I have bought so many different underwear pull ups for my mom that I've lost count. This is the only product that works. It holds 74 oz. At night I place a 30 by 36 pad under her bottom and that takes care of any leaks since she goes to bed at 9pm and doesn't get up until 8am when the caretaker comes. She weighs 205 and wears the L3. This is the only brand I use.

Most absorbent, comfortable disposable undergarments I have used so far, and I have tried a LOT oF brands. Also I think that their sizing would accommodate most users. They are more expensive than some other brands, but IMO totally worth it.
