.Beautiful boots

Extremely comfortable dressy boot. A sole that's made for winter walking! Customer service has assured me that there is no metal shank and they are TSA friendly

Narrow fit

It's a nice looking boot, but the actual fit in the foot is very narrow. I have narrow feet, and I cannot wear boot socks with these boots--only thin athletic socks which is not what I want to be wearing when I wear boots! There is plenty of room in the calf area, though. Bottom line: they look nice, but I wouldn't have bought them if I had been in a store and tried them on first.
