How U-Taste makes a different, better angled turkey baster?
Considering a turkey cooking baster is normally used with hot juice, we picked materials that can stand high heat. The bulb, though has less chance to touch the juice within, is made of 600°F heat resistant silicone. And the tube, the critical part, clear like glass, is actually made from a high quality plastic called tritan, which can withstand heat up to 228.2°F. Both bulb and tube are high heat safe, BPA free, food grade, and as so safe in dishwasher.
We made the tube and the tip into one-piece. The easier way to get an angled tip is to make them into two parts, but as time goes, the joint part worn off, and so cracks appear. That's why we choose a difficult way to make it. There are no tricks to combine the slanted tip with a rather straight tube body, but only small adjustments with countless tries to make them in one on draft, and more importantly, successfully demold in the factory. Customers will get a turkey baster with one-piece tube, no leaking, and no cracks.

It is made to have great suction ability, as its octopus's shape head stands for. To achieve a comfortable grip and strong suction power and still keep it cute, though it is hard to handle a balance between practicability and an aesthetic outlook, we actually did it.
Bulb head always pop off in use? We have heard your voice. We did some changes on the joint place, mathematic calculation involved to make them seamless in use. If you take off the bulb, you shall notice there is a ridge on the end of the tube and a groove within the bulb. These two parts fit right in each other when the bulb is screwed in, and so make a tight seal. No breaking off when holding hot juice.
