Very Disappointed.

Received this today and very disappointed. No box, no instructions. My Grandson can build these sets with directions. But he will not be able to build this without a box to look at or instructions. $40 is a lot for a plastic bag of pieces that may or may not contain what its supposed to. i would really just like a refund.
