I have neuropathy in my feet and sometimes have inflammation in my left food that is so severe I can't get to sleep. I'd tried most off-the-shelf products and then saw this and decided to try it. Amazing - it reduces or relieves the pain within 15 to 30 minutes allowing me to sleep. It comes in a spray and a cream, the spray works much better, for me, than the cream does.
