Very heavy duty and works like a charm!

I use this whole punch right after I took out of a box to punch holes through a homeowners association manual, and we all know how thick That kind of paperwork can be! The whole punch slice through the papers like they were made of butter. Very easy to use and did not take a lot of strength either. I recommend this without any reservation!
