Excellent item, highly recommend

Easy installation. Just plug in and light up. It does bring an extra set of cables, but it doesn't affect installation for an E-150.

Not as described.

The item is described as being a "housing assembly". It is no such thing. It is a light bulb. Nothing more. A "housing assembly" infers not only the bulb, but also the mounting brackets and hardware needed for assembling a housing for the automotive light. In addition, there are no directions explaining the additional wires protruding from the bottom. While I could probably figure it out, these instructions would be great as a confirmation. Don't waste your money. Buy a....cheap plastic case with a glass front...from somebody else.
