For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

Beautiful rug

It has a nice bohemian look to it and the fringe at the ends is not falling apart like some rugs I've owned. Came rolled up and flattened out nicely after a few days. Would purchase other rugs from this company !
