First time it was shipped the box and it contents was destroyed. Sent back, it took 2-3 weeks for the replacement. Started assembling and was to the last piece and the trundle was not there. Called Walmart to say I was missing a piece and they wanted me to disassemble the bed and ship it back. I told them I could not as it's my grand daughters bed what will they sleep on, still have no trundle and still paying on something I did not get!!!
