Great hay for horses with chewing issues.

I would give Timothy chopped grass a ten if I could. Even the best grass/mix hay in my area last year was stemmy, making for a lot of waste with my 30 yr old, 16.1H Tennessee Walker & my 28-ish, 17H Dutch Warmblood. The 30 year old has the worst molars. I have been adding the chopped Timothy hay daily to both horses for several months. Unlike the stemmy baled hay, nothing is wasted. It always smells good, is not dusty, and both horses look forward to it. I will continue to supplement them with the chopped Timothy hay, even though the pasture is starting to green up. I highly recommend for horses with chewing issues.

Great for my senior OTTB

My senior OTTB needs to consume chopped hay now and he's likes the Stanlee chopped timothy hay. He's pretty fussy about his feed and won't eat just anything. Finding that he likes this was a relief by saving me time actually chopping the hay myself which is quite a chore.

Great quality hay

I feed this and the chopped alfalfa to my 30 year old horse that can't chew regular baled hay as part of his daily diet. He really likes it and can chew it. His main diet is Senior feed mash and beet pulp mash but he likes to snack on a small pail of chopped hay after his mashes
