wow! so many bad reviews, heres another
Bought a Genesis and this unit (gas only model) was installed. Used on four camping trips on average one night each trip. This weekend(thanksgiving) went out and bam, unit would not ignite..not even the tick tick tick sound that it makes before it ignites. The trailer is just 11 months so have one month to go for the warranty on it out. Check fuses, checked thermal cutoff..it must the Board..So instead of packing the trailer up, just decided to buy my own for now..Update will be done once it comes and gets installed. sounds like Dometic really lost out on customer service!

Horrible Water Heater
I bought the brand new RV with Dometic Water heater installed. While we are in first camping, the water heater stopped working after the first night. I did troubleshoot every possible fuses and lines but could not find the cause of failure. I only used once...
