Beautiful Range Hood

This hood is even more beautiful in person than in pictures. I was concerned about shipping something like this without damage as I have had pretty poor luck in the past with other similar things. It was packaged so well that it would have taken effort to damage it. Instructions and installation were not complicated. The only thing I think could be better is the quality of the controls. The buttons are kind of loose and it's pretty basic. All things considered I would definitely recommend this product and I would buy it again.

I love it.

Not too noisy, works well, and looks nice. I vented it to the wall to the left of the range (where there was a hole from the exhaust fan that was there), so I had to use three 90-degree elbows and about 100 inches total of duct. It still works fine. So nice to have after 26 years in this house without one. No more sticky kitchen. And with the good lighting, now I can really see what I'm doing. Oh, and the service was excellent: I think I received it in 2 days.

The hood and accessory pieces came in perfect condition, neatly wrapped, easy to uncrate. Since I purchased the chimney extension, I was surprised to see the standard ceiling height chimney included. Seems a waste of valuable materials that I had to put in my recycle bin. But altogether, a great value and experience with customer service, delivery, installation. Thanks Zline!
