great table but poor costumer service
The table was delivered in a timely fashion (3 days ahead of schedule)! My students have seen pictures of the table and are so excited to have itn in our classroom. However, when we opened the box to assemble the table, we found a shallow two-inch gouge on the oak side of the table and a shallow 1/2 inch dent on the other side. We documented the damage with photos and sent an email (complete with photos) to the company. It's been one week and I have not received a response. I resent the email and am still waiting for a response.
