The ceramic rope gasket is useful for sealing door of industrial boilers, furnaces, and ovens, replacing the old or worn door gaskets to restore their burning efficiency.

Made of durable ceramic fiber as raw material, has high-temperature resistance up to 1260℃, heat-resistance, wear-resistance, good thermal stability, and can be used for a long time.
Good sealing performance and tight weave design can improve combustion efficiency and the length of the rope can be trimmed to suit the size of the stove as needed.
Instruction
1. Make sure the ovens are cold and clean;
2. Apply a coat of gasket cement to the contact surfaces of the door channel;
3. Trim the length of the gasket to your needs, then press the new gasket into the gasket cement to secure, close the door to check for air tightness;
4. Finally remove the spilled or excess gasket cement with a damp cloth.
NOTE: Please note that gasket cement is not included and choose the right size according to your need.
