I'm trying the Eco Strong grease reduction block because the enzyme block that I have been using for some reason hasn't worked. We have a 50 gallon grease trap that backs up and overflows often. I just put the Eco Strong block in the trap a few days ago and haven't checked on it yet. I will update the review when the block has time to work.
