Stop Use Indications
Rinsing with PLAIN WATER (without salt) will result in a severe burning sensation. Do not rinse with hot water or you may burn yourself. Do not share product with other persons as you may spread infections. Consult your doctor before using this product if: nasal passages are completely blocked; you currently have an ear infection; you have had prior sinus or ear surgery; symptoms are not relieved. If you experience pressure in the ears or any discomfort, discontinue use and contact your doctor. Choking Hazard: Small Parts: Keep out of reach of children.

Instructions
1. Fill the Nasaline irrigator with warm, distilled or previously boiled water. 2. Add one pre-measured saline packet to the water and mix until dissolved. 3. Place the silicone-tipped applicator at the entrance of one nostril. 4. Gently squeeze the irrigator to allow the saline solution to flow through the nasal passages. 5. Repeat the process for the other nostril. 6. Clean the irrigator thoroughly after each use.

I have suffered from allergies for years. My doctor suggested a netti pot. That was a disaster. I found this device and tried it. It is so easy to use. Just fill the syringe, place it against your nose and push the saline solution through your nasal passage. So easy. Love this product.

Must have for those with sinus problems
I love this! I suffer from chronic sinusitis. I discovered nasal irrigation about 10 years ago. I have tried several of the other products on the market, such as the Neti Pot. However, this product is the best. I used to suffer with at least one bad sinus infection every winter. I have been using this daily now for at least 6 years. I no longer am plagued with the sinus infections. I do not like taking the allergy/sinus medications. Since I began using this, I rarely take medication. During the spring, I will use it twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. It works!
