I go straight to sleep after drinking a cap full

This product is amazing! A co-worker first told me about the oil and I just had to try it. I'm not a “pill person” so this is my daily vitamin. Once I started drinking it I noticed i started having very deep sleeps. Nothing too alarming. I never had trouble falling asleep before but this feels as though I might've had Ny'Quil without actually drinking medicine. If you have sleeping issues you might want to speak with your doctor first.
