Hoosier Hill Farm White Cheddar Cheese Powder, Cheese Lovers, 2 Pound

Finally a good white cheddar in powder form!! Since I have not been able to find McCormick White Cheddar powder in Walmart stores anymore, I thought I would give this brand a try and glad I did! It is similar in taste to McCormick but I believe this is a little better! Glad I took a chance on this brand. I sampled this to 1 tbsp powder to 1 tbsp milk as there were no measurements given on the package and this measurement to to 1 tbsp to 1 tbsp seemed to be ok as is. I will try it out even further using a little butter. I'm thinking that whatever measurement you use for powder should also be used for the milk. Example: 1/4 powder to 1/4 cup milk. I'm looking forward to seeing the uses I can come up using this proudct. Might also some of their other products if I can find them at a reasonable rate like I did here on Walmart.com.
