Very Well Made – Great Support from Northern Tool

This hose reel is extremely well made and durable — definitely a 5-star product overall. It's sturdy, easy to use, and handles heavy-duty use without a problem. The only issue I've encountered is with the handle. Over time, it tends to rust and eventually breaks, which is a bit disappointing given the overall build quality. That said, Northern Tool really stands by their warranty. When the handle broke, they were quick to respond and made it right without any hassle. Great customer service like that makes a big difference. I'd still recommend this hose reel and will continue buying from Northern Tool because of the way they back their products.

Easy to use

Excellent product. There was a hose reel identical to this one when I bought my house. I loved the ease of its use. It was removed due to a home reno project and somehow an internal assembly element broke. I ordered a new one but had to wait over six months due to a backorder so I waited and ordered when it was back in inventory. I missed having this easy to use reel.

Great hose reel. Built to last.

This is my second Strongway hose reel and the only reason it is my second I had a wild horse hit it three times till it broke the metal mounting bracket and made it not able to mount to the wall. Best hose reel I've ever had and I probably bought every brand out there but they won't last.
