The material of the door is natural wood, in order to prevent the wood from decaying during transportation, the wood is fumigated before shipment, so there will be small GAPS between the boards after the door is installed. But after a period of usage, the natural wood board absorbs the moisture in the air and the board slowly expands. If there is no gap at the beginning of the installation, the expansion of the wood will cause the door to crack. Customer questions & answers

A: At least 6"

A:you can use the 1/5" black shim we put in package for roller bolt,then your door will be fit perfectly.

Q: How to make sure the barn door is safe and stable after install it ?
Door Stopper :2 Door stoppers will keep the door between the door stopper,they will stop the door when the roller reach it ,make sure the barn door will not leave the track when you opening or closing the door.
Floor Guide: A floor guide is installed under your barn door with a groove,it can stop your door swing under movement.
Anti-jump: the small round pieces install on the top of the barn door to stop the door jump out when closing, opening or moving.
