I recommend these spoons for their biodegradability/material. their utility is a bit limited-they aren't deep spoons. Like eating soup is an endeavor! ;) Just fine for semi-solid food such as chicken salad. Also handy when cooking/creating. Don't you always need just a bit of that? And then two bits of that? these are small enough to get into my mustard jar etc and I do reuse them a couple of times for this. anyway for those these reasons they're good value
