Great Screen Display

I bought my 7ti2 about 4 months ago and found it amazing. The screen display, touch and sonar is great. It also helps to have a 3 in 1 active imaging transducer. I was so impressed I bought a second for my trolling motor, however I was not able to use a 3 in 1 but settled for a HDI transducer. Lowrance need to come out with a 3 in 1 trolling motor adapter that will work on most trolling motors. It does take a while to understand the program options, but it all good.

This is a great device

I bought this for my PA-14 kayak. I considered several sizes and MFC's and relied on several factors in my choice. Of course the Hobie is set up for Lowrance. But aside from this I was interested in the total scanner function. I bought the BerleyPro sun visor because I know that will become a frustration without. Make sure it is the correct model # for your given finder. For instance, the Ti2-7 is different than the Ti-7 etc... Also, they have a cover that works nicely for the transducer. Get the Navionics USA/Canada charts option as you will be happier for the extra few bucks. There are some good YouTube vids on functionality and setup. Glad I bought this unit.
