More Spectacular Poirot Productions

Like the other mysteries in this series, David Suchet becomes Hercule Poirot. Suchet's Poirot is the embodiment of Agatha Christie's character. Any of the episodes featuring Suchet deserves a five-star rating, if only for Suchet's magnificent performances. Packaging Series 7 & 8 together was a smart move to keep the number of episodes per Blu-Ray collection at 4. A smart, cost-saving move.

Poirot + Blu-ray = Happiness!

The Blu-ray transfer of these Poirot episodes is great -- each one looks crisp and clear, with sharp details and beautiful colors. And Poirot, as always, is a joy. Hard to decide which episode is my favorite; they're all great fun. Highly recommended!
