i refunded the cut-up wig back to my local walmart

I received the item in a prompt manner. However when I opened up the product and put it on my head, I noticed various parts of the wig have been cut off. I was trying to comprehend what might have happened, but decided to take it back to Walmart for a full refund. Wasn't too happy about that.
