190℃ (374℉) & 6-8 mins for 3D vacuum heat presses
Pressure: Light or medium
Note:
Do not image in reverse
Temperature and time settings are only a guide.
Check for protective film prior to pressing
Press according to above time/temperature/pressure
After pressing, remove paper immediately.
