This item was promptly shipped and a perfect fit. I am most appreciative of the "how to" video which took the guesswork out of the replacement process. 1aauto is my "go to" website for replacement parts for my vehicles. I have since ordered headlight lenses for my Pontiac and taillight lenses for my Silverado. I am very satisfied with both orders.

I found the 1AAuto website, instructional videos and customer representatives to be very helpful. The order was placed promptly and the part was delivered in good condition. The video covering installation of the mirror was very helpful. Be advised that it appears that the driver side window was removed in the video, so access to the mirror mounting bolts is more difficult than depicted, since you can't reach through the empty window gap as depicted in the video. Make sure the window is in the closed (up) up position before you disconnect the battery. Also, my 1994 Buick model has two bolts inside the door reflector opening rather than one as depicted in the video, so verify this with your particular model before you try to pull off the door panel. Threading the nut back on the furthest mounting bolt on the replacement mirror is a real pain, but I used an offset, long tweezer to get it started, then snugged it up with the tips of my fingers until I could finish tightening it with an open end wrench. Very little wiggle room in that space. Again, I was very satisfied overall with the service, installation videos and customer service and would not hesitate to recommend 1AAuto for parts and customer service.
