I'm a small woman, not a preteen, and bought them in the largest size, as an experiment, because most jeans even in a small size fall down enough to scrape the ground. These fit great, but do need a belt because they, too, stretch enough to fall down. The belt doesn't help for very long on other jeans, but does somehow on these.

My daughter loves these jegging's, these are her favorite now. They fit her really well whereas skinny jeans are just too snug on her. The jegging's quality is good, I have purchased several pairs and even after washing still holds true to size. I would definitely recommend these jegging's. Even months of wearing these jegging they still look really good. For the price and the quality if one was considering definitely the Wonder Nation jeggings would be a good purchase so far definitely satisfied with the product.
