Great for a 1st timer like myself.

For me... this is a great starting kit. The colors are mostly all vibrant, although.., because of this I never mixed them to make new colors. In hindsight... I wish I had. I bought another set of primary colors for that task. But as a first-timer paining... I really did like this kit. cons: My family complained that the brushes seemed a little cheap. As for me... I'm still too new as a painter to know better. Still, I would recommend for a first-timer like myself. Enjoy! Also... The tubes don't seem very big... But I quickly learned.., you don't need a lot. A little goes a long way. 5 stars... 2 thumbs up!
