Chinese sizing. run small

cute but tight even though I ordered a size larger than I would normally wear just in case this is Chinese siding sizing. it apparently is. not happy with the fit. the rose design is very muted not bright as it should be. so I give it an over okay rating but probably would not order again. probably would not have ordered at all had I known the above
