Terrible fit, not what we expected

This cover is such a huge disappointment. We bought the 360 mattress cover because when looking at the picture it looks snug on the mattress. In reality this is the loosest fitting mattress cover we ever owned with no way to adjust the fit. It bunches and slides under the fitted sheet. Our mattress is a 12" Tempur-pedic , CalKing and it swims in this thing. Being DreamFit tossed the packaging, washed the cover and then put on our mattress......... mistake should have saved the packaging and this would have been on its way back.
