Seems strong, but hex bolt heads might pop through

Fast shipping, Box was damaged on outside in many places, but no damage to dump cart. Easy to put together, fairly large 15 cu. ft. area of dump box. Nice size wheels. My only concern is the hex bolts holding the axle undercarriage. I could these possibly popping through in the future, since there are no washers under the bolt heads. These holes are partially recessed so the hex heads don't stick up in the bed. You're losing a lot more holding power without washers. The vinyl/plastic seems sturdy and won't rust, but the hex head could possibly bust through in the future (My Opinion) Just be careful with amount of weight in cart %26 with lifting and dropping the bed when dumping your load.
