FirsTime & Co. Silver Brody Wall Shelf, Industrial, Painted, Round,Metal, 27.5 x 6 x 27.5 in

I was originally purchased the metallic gray version of this shelf', but my order was canceled by the company at the price I paid even though it was still available online at a higher price. I contacted company and they promptly responded that they could not source my item at that price anymore and I would need to pay higher price. By time I decided to pay higher price, the metallic gray was sold out. I liked the shelf so much I decided to work gold version of the shelf into my decor. The gold shelf arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it came with a noticeable dent in the bottom part of the circle that was visible. I contacted company and sent pictures. They want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase according to postcard included in box. The company went above and beyond and sent me a replacement gold shelf at no charge. That is excellent customer service!!! The gold shelf arrived yesterday with no dents. Cannot wait time hang it. Will definitely look into buying from this company again.

I really liked the style, quality and size of this shelf but it came badly damaged. I returned it and reordered another one. Hopefully it arrives in good condition. The box it is shipped in could be made a little stronger or use foam or bubble wrap to secure it. The metal it is made of seems durable but not strong enough to withstand rough handlers/drivers.
