Great Heater, with excellent customer service.

When I received the heater I assembled without any issues but when I tried to light the was a problem with the top burner section and heater would not light. I called customer service and after discussing the issues with them the immediately sent me a complete new top burner section which resolved the issues. The heater now works great and looks great too.
