Take preferably at bedtime or as directed by a doctor. Swallow capsules with a glass of water. Adults and Children 12 Years of Age or Older: 2 to 4 capsules, once to twice a day. Children 6 to Under 12 Years: 1 to 2 capsules, once to twice a day. Children 2 to Under 6 Years: 1/2 to 1 capsule, once to twice a day. Children Under 2 Years: consult a doctor. Duration of Use: Do not use laxative products for longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. Contraindications: lleus, acute intestinal inflammation (e.g. Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), appendicitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, severe dehydration states with water and electrolyte depletion. Store at room temperature.
