Good for gut inflammation as well as constipation.
It works to relieve occasional constipation with just two tablets at dinner. I also found if I take one daily along with a ‘digestive tea', it prevents my IBS and calms occasional gut bloat when I eat certain foods that I shouldn't; must be the licorice and fennel in it that works for that. This does not cause bloating or cramping unless you take two tablets three times a day as recommended, yikes! One a day will keep you regular!

I take it at night, when needed, 2-4 tablets. Works great. Works great for people on constipating causing medications. I even think it works far better than Senekot natural laxative, which can make you cramp and feel nauseous if you have to take it constantly.
