All Terrain Armor Natural Insect Repellent

I love this product. I like the natural ingredients and smell. It works great when out in the woods or backyard. But it's not 100% effective when you are in a swampy mosquito infested area.

Why the warning as containing possible carcinogens

Looking at the ingredients, I'm wondering why this product comes with a warning for containing possible carcinogens. Essential oils are the only listed ingredients.
