These stress mints were recommended to me years ago. Occasionally I have itchy skin and it won't stop and starts spreading across my back — so I chew 2 of the tablets and within 5-10 minutes the itching stops. Nothing else works like these tablets do. I keep a box in my purse and another box at home.
