Natural Hair Color and Conditioner, Bright Red, 4 oz (113 g)

This stuff is the best. It's repaired about half the damage of my hair and made the old blonde a natural redhead color. My roots are a dark dirty blonde which turned to a deep crimson red color. I like the smell although some complain about it. It has a natural hay smell that I can sometimes still smell when I shower. I mixed mine with DISTILLED water (you want to use water that has no minerals in it because they can react with the henna), lemon juice, and a few drops of essential oils. It will be very thick when you mix it. I recommend watering it down a bit and putting it on under a shower cap. Before you put the shower cap on, spray your hair with a spray bottle with distilled water and saturate the hair. The henna works best when it is wet. Yes, you can have towel dried hair when you do this. I recommend fully researching all you can find about henna before doing this! Henna is PERMANENT. It also takes a long time. You don't want to leave it on any less than 4 hours. Do not use this on your hair if it has been processed in the last 4-6 months. If you put this over chemically treated hair it can turn all kinds of weird colors.
